Baking Soda

The workhorse of your pantry. Essential for baking, brilliant for cleaning, and surprisingly handy for settling a dodgy stomach. Grab as much or as little as you need.

• For baking: use ¼ tsp per cup of flour when you have acidic ingredients (buttermilk, lemon, vinegar)
• Natural deodoriser and gentle abrasive for cleaning
• Mix with water to make a paste for scrubbing or soothing bites
